Roti / Chapati gets soggy ?It catches moisture easily when stored? How to keep it fresh and crisp ?
I normally keep roti/ Chapati in Casserole or Steel container.I normally wrap it by some cloth / paper / foil, But after some time roti gets sogy because of its own steam touches to each other roti. Even roti which are at bottom and top gets too wet to eat. Kindly suggest some way to keep it Fresh and crispy?This must be a common problem to all housewife .
simply place a pinch of flour in the container you keep your roti in and make sure its air tight. this always works for me. i also usually wrap them in kitchen roll even though they are inside a container.
